After flybrain sim called 'just animations', researcher plans a verifiable simulation

GregoryNimensky says his top to-do item is building a "verifiable flybrain sim" — explicitly to distinguish polished animations from actual proof of a fly brain simulation.
The push came out of an X Space discussion where @TinfoilTricorn and others questioned whether a circulating fly-brain connectome demo was just BS animations rather than a real simulation. Now someone is planning to run a reproducible version to settle it.
