PlanetScale Traffic Control lets you budget DB resources per app name

Daniel Lockyer shares that PlanetScale's Database Traffic Control can scope resource limits per application name via connection URLs, and notes the same can be done with Prisma. Traffic Control works via "resource budgets": rules match traffic slices, then apply limits on server share, burst, per-query cost, and max concurrency, in Enforce, Warn, or Off modes.
