Qwen Code ships v0.0.5-preview with extension workflows and hook progress events

Alibaba's Qwen team released qwen-code v0.0.5-preview.0 with notable changes: extensions can now ship dynamic workflows, hook progress events are emitted, and a full /hooks dialog lands in OpenTUI. Other fixes include capping websearch calls per session, adaptive Linux input delivery for CUA, bundling node-pty prebuilds so the web terminal works, and tracking background task execution across daemon and web shell.
