An indie developer launched a Chrome extension that embeds AI directly into WhatsApp Web and is recruiting a handful of businesses for free hands-on beta testing.
- AI customer support: answers repetitive questions with semantic understanding, handing back to humans when out of depth
- Lead qualification: scores incoming conversations so sales chase the ones worth their time
- AI reply drafts: writes the next reply in your own voice for you to edit and send
- Extras: automatic per-customer memory, voice note transcription, cross-border chat translation
Beyond AI it bundles a WhatsApp toolkit — saved replies, message scheduling, contact tags/export, privacy blur. The software is free for life; users only pay for model calls. Target: small teams running sales/support on WhatsApp Web, explicitly not for bulk messaging.
