Factory Life: Six free sessions on building with a team of AI agents, from Warp to Hermes
intellectronica · x · 2026-09-16
Eleanor Berger and Hugo Bowne-Anderson are launching "Factory Life", a series of six free live sessions exploring what you'd build with a team of AI agents: how practitioners use them, what setups work, where things break, and how this changes what individuals and small teams can attempt.
Announced schedule:
- Sep 22: Stefanie Hetjens (EVERYWOW) on how a media agency uses agents and internal tooling to raise output quality
- Sep 25: Berger herself on "Five Mistakes People Make with Agentic Factories" — recurring mindset, setup and oversight failures
- Sep 29: Ben Holmes (Warp) on how Warp builds Warp using its own Warp Factories
- Oct 2: Tony Simons (Hermes Launch Lab) on running an agent factory in Hermes Desktop
The series spans software development plus business, media production and research, aimed at both experienced developers and non-developers.
