Unicode's multiple representations of one filename break Finder, terminal and NFS cache

jedisct1 shares a fun edge case: since Unicode lets the same characters be encoded in multiple ways, Finder and the terminal can end up referring to the same file under different representation-level names — causing some truly weird NFS cache bugs. This is the root cause behind the latest Turbocrypt fixes.
