SFOsis25: the AI-world 'mind virus' of believing you must move to San Francisco

Researcher Neil Shroff posted a tongue-in-cheek "public health advisory" for a new condition, SFOsis25: sufferers lose conviction in their own work solely because they aren't in San Francisco, and frequently self-misdiagnose the condition as "ambition" or "agency."

Typical symptom: prescribing an SF relocation as the cure for any problem — "No customers? I just need SF users." Case clusters are concentrated around Bangalore, with outbreaks also reported in NYC, London, Berlin and Dubai. A sharp satire of Silicon Valley-centrism in the AI community.
