abursuc · x · 2026-09-16
At the ssad2026 workshop, Kashyap Chitta opened day two with a talk on making progress measurable: evaluation and benchmarking of driving policies. The poster adds historical perspective — Mercedes had a prototype running at 180kph on German highways in the 1990s, while the 2020s feature countless prototypes and products, a 'reality check' of current AD deployment.
