Pixio launches AE plugin: chat agent builds native layers and keyframes in your timeline
tsi_org · x · 2026-09-16
Pixio released an After Effects plugin (v0.2.0) that docks an AI agent next to your comp. You talk to it and it natively builds shape layers, masks, rigs, cameras and keyframes — everything stays editable, with one undo step per action.
Key points:
- Works with AE 2024–2026 on Windows and macOS
- No model proxying: it uses your own Claude Code or Codex login, so project data stays on your machine
- Ships 118 native tools, with an optional API key for generated plates and textures
- Shares the same account and credits as its Premiere Pro plugin and web app
