Nakazawa Tech released Notes, an open-source, local-first Markdown desktop app where documents live in a folder you control. Install on macOS 13+ (Apple Silicon) via Homebrew: brew install --cask nkzw-tech/tap/notes. The author uses it alongside a separate Codex window for meeting notes and invites forks. The same release wave shipped fbtee 5.0 (scoped locales & fallbacks) and Codiff 1.14 bug fixes.
