Yuntiandeng introduces ProgramAsWeights, which "compiles" English function descriptions into small neural programs that run locally on CPU and compose with ordinary code. His thesis: future software combines code for control flow with neural programs for fuzzy judgments. He built a course-website helper from 30 such programs plus a decision tree—chatbot-like but fully local—and the project is open to try.
