Miles Brundage responds to "where's the pause/slowdown": nailing the audit part is needed for a pause/slowdown to work well anyway, and the other work is needed regardless — we don't have to pick a single action. He feels OK because the industry's not-on-top-of-things-ness is now more widely understood, but there's a lot to do and time is short.
