Polyphonic details: auto-imported skill libraries, tag-a-into-chat agents, early Mnemos memory system

Polyphonic's author shared more mechanics: skill libraries import automatically across all agents and runtimes; you can tag an additional agent into a chat, or have the butler Luca message them so they briefly pop in to answer. All agents carry a bare-bones Mnemos continuity system, with the full Mnemos Cognitive Engine still in testing. Each agent gets its own room, notebook, and personal space.
