clarashih · x · 2026-09-16
Clara Shih, who spent two decades leading AI products at Salesforce and Meta, left Meta this spring to found the New Work Foundation, a nonprofit addressing the entry-level hiring slowdown driven by agentic AI shortening product cycles and shrinking teams. It runs three tools for young job seekers: Dear CC (advice from managers and Gen Z workers), Field Report (hiring trends, salary data, and AI exposure rates by major and occupation), and Game Plan (job-search planning plus mentor connections).
