Well-known AI community figure Sophia Yang has joined Fireworks AI to lead developer relations. She says she's a huge believer in "owning your own intelligence" — not just running open models, but specializing them with your own data, evals, and feedback loops. She previously built DevRel at Mistral and other AI startups.
