Dev ports Blender 5.1 MCP add-on to Blender 3.6, AI builds a full owl scene from one prompt

Because their PC can't run newer Blender, the author ported the Blender 5.1 MCP add-on to Blender 3.6.23 with Python 3.10.13 — and it works.
- Verified: client-MCP communication, remote Python execution, object creation/deletion, mesh editing, materials, in-scene text, camera placement, and building a complex scene from a natural-language request
- First test printed "MCP FUNCIONANDO" in the scene; then a one-line prompt had the AI build a complete stylized owl with body, wings, eyes, beak, materials, perch and camera
- Ships a ZIP with install steps for ChatGPT desktop (STDIO server config) and is recruiting testers on other OSes
- Limitation: API calls introduced after Blender 3.6 may still fail
