GoDaddy published an explainer on Agent Name Service (ANS), which gives every AI agent a verifiable identity: a SCITT receipt tied to a transparency log, a status token that expires, and a proof of possession bridging identity to OAuth 2.0. All checks can be verified offline in fractions of a millisecond, aiming to provide verifiable trust infrastructure for agent interoperability.
