RareGap Atlas maps 11,460 rare diseases into 4,073 queryable intervention hypotheses
RichardsonDx · x · 2026-09-15
RareGap Atlas v1.0 is a precomputed, queryable map of rare-disease rescue hypotheses: 11,460 diseases, 31,762 genes analyzed, and 4,073 intervention hypotheses organized by disease, driver gene and candidate strategy. Each hypothesis traces to evidence, mechanisms and falsification hooks; the poster notes it was finished with new models after older ones stalled the project. Research preview only, not clinical advice.
