A developer set up a home desktop with Omarchy Linux and Tailscale, syncing projects via Syncthing, creating an always-on remote Blender render and agent farm accessible from a MacBook. Setup from zero to a finished remote render took 2 hours. Anti-cheat software still blocks fully dropping Windows despite dual-booting plans inspired by DHH's Lex Fridman podcast appearance.
