Coolify's Sentinel rewritten in Rust, saving 15TB of RAM across 500k+ servers

After Coolify's v4.3.20 release, servers started adopting the new Sentinel rewritten from Go to Rust. Memory usage dropped from 30-40MB to around 8MB per server — roughly 30MB saved, which adds up to 15TB less memory across 500k+ servers. Not Cloudflare scale, but a meaningful win.
