A team including researchers @chenwangj and @zipengfu introduced OM-1, their first robot foundation model that zero-shot generalizes to tabletop arms, industrial arms, and humanoids. It is learned directly from human manipulation data—no teleoperation or robot data—and achieves near human-level dexterity, efficiency, and multi-robot collaboration. Observers highlighted the smooth motion achieved without teleop data.
