Jsevillamol · x · 2026-09-15
Epoch AI's polling shows US adults are shifting from occasional to daily AI use: the share reporting at least 6 days of AI use in the previous week more than doubled from 8% in March 2026 to 19% in August, while those using AI just one day a week fell from 17% to 10%.
The data suggests AI adoption is broadening beyond programmers, with heavy daily usage becoming mainstream.
