giffmana tries new AI tool: auto-detects codex-cli login, Chrome fix carries over
giffmana · x · 2026-09-15
Developer giffmana shared first-hand feedback on a newly shipped AI coding app: it auto-detected the user already logged in via codex-cli and carried that session over, making onboarding smooth. He hit one issue he's seen in many apps, but since the app ships/uses Chrome, the fix he previously found for Chrome applied directly and resolved it.
