Alexandr Wang, Scale AI founder and Meta's newly appointed Chief AI Officer, said in a YC conversation with Garry Tan that Meta has internally seen that the right agentic loop with a self-optimizing evaluation system lets a group of AI agents complete more work than a team of 100 senior engineers — "very easily." The underlying stack is surprisingly simple: "Markdown files, cron jobs, goal, metrics, data."
