Physical Intelligence unveils OM-1, a robot foundation model trained purely on human data

Physical Intelligence (RewardAI) introduces OM-1, its first robot foundation model that zero-shot generalizes to any robot — tabletop arms, industrial arms and humanoids. It learns directly from human manipulation data with no teleop or robot data, achieves near human-level dexterity, and supports multi-robot collaboration. The thread also nods to DenseTact tactile sensors, born of six years studying how humans manipulate objects.
