OpenAI's Codex app adds official Arch Linux support via pacman; ChatGPT desktop hits Linux

OpenAI announced that the Codex app now officially supports Arch Linux with a dedicated installer and pacman updates, no repackaging needed. Additionally, Codex is coming to the ChatGPT desktop app for Linux in preview, bringing projects, dev workflows, and supported browser tools into one native app for Linux developers.
