Open-source pixel FX bring a 3D wizard battle to life with slimes, archers and a golem
majidmanzarpour · x · 2026-10-31
The author took @rehanshei's open-source pixel FX into a real 3D scene, making a wizard actually fight slimes, a skeleton archer, a caster and a golem — dodging, blinking, shielding and countering. Every spell, projectile and impact is one of the pixel effects on a billboard, and a wipe at the end reveals the 3D underneath. Original method via @HugoDuprez's tutorial.
