Astra Agent Builds a NYC World Then Plays In It Itself, At $0.40/Minute
Lianhuiq · x · 2026-09-15
Enactra AI showed its agent Astra building and now inhabiting a 3D NYC world: the new demo adds pedestrians and traffic to the previously generated city, with Astra also controlling the player — exploring on foot and by car, occasionally rude to pedestrians. The team calls it a prototype of recursive self-improvement ('AI for Games, Games for AI'), running at roughly $0.40/minute.
