Qwen Code ships CUA driver v0.20.8 with cross-platform prebuilt binaries

QwenLM/qwen-code released cua-driver-rs v0.20.8 with prebuilt Qwen CUA driver binaries: codesigned and notarized macOS universal build, Linux x8664/arm64, and an unsigned Windows UIAccess worker. New opt-in flags include relative coordinate space (CUADRIVERRSCOORDINATESPACE=1) and MCP model payload filtering. Other fixes cover Linux observation preservation, adaptive input delivery, websearch call caps per session, and chat access-control alignment.
