Qwen Code ships cua-driver-rs v0.20.7 with cross-platform binaries and MCP filtering

QwenLM/qwen-code released cua-driver-rs v0.20.7 with prebuilt Qwen CUA Driver binaries: codesigned and notarized universal macOS binary plus QwenCuaDriver.app, unsigned Linux builds for x8664/arm64 (glibc 2.31 floor), and unsigned Windows UIAccess worker + native SDK that must be signed on target machines. The same workflow publishes @qwen-code/cua-sdk and @qwen-code/node-repl-mcp after MCP protocol smoke tests. New opt-in features: relative coordinate space via CUADRIVERRSCOORDINATESPACE=1 and textual MCP payload filtering for model API routes via MCPMODELPAYLOADFILTER=1 (both off by default). Other changes include web-shell dependency navigation, context overview with manual compression, and a CI build heap cap raised from 3072MB to 4096MB.
