Reddit user turns ChatGPT scheduled tasks into a secretary: auto-syncing school emails to calendar
purplepatch · reddit · 2026-09-14
A new ChatGPT Plus subscriber on Reddit describes using scheduled tasks as a daily assistant: the model reads his kid's school emails each day and updates a shared calendar and todo list, and also monitors emails from a company he does shift work for, auto-adding allocated shifts to his calendar. He compares it to having a secretary and asks the community what else they use scheduled tasks for.
