Dev uses Claude Opus to finish abandoned 2D gravity sandbox where black holes devour worlds

A developer released "first light," a 2D gravity sandbox built with three.js: paint rocks, gas, planets, stars and black holes, drag to throw them, and watch gas collapse and ignite, rocks pile into worlds, stars burn out and black holes devour everything — then land on a selected world.

The project was an unfinished side project; the author used Claude Opus to complete the missing pieces before shipping. It works on mobile, favors fun over scientific accuracy, and may grow into a full game.
