Terafab completes front-end equipment orders from ASML, AMAT, Lam, TEL; 2028 ops target

Per The Korea Economic Daily, Terafab has largely completed ordering front-end semiconductor equipment from major suppliers including ASML, Applied Materials, Lam Research and Tokyo Electron in Q2. It has been placing staged orders for back-end/packaging equipment since H2, with Hanmi Semiconductor supplying packaging tools. Terafab aims to complete its pilot line by end-2027 and begin operations in 2028.
