Meta's Muse agent nails 7-step airline refund claim in real-world test
alexandr_wang · x · 2026-09-14
A user tested Meta's Muse agent on chores: it flawlessly filled out a 7-step airline cancellation compensation claim — booking details and supporting statement — only handing back control for sensitive bits like bank details. Alexandr Wang amplified it, noting Muse can get you flight refunds. A rare case of agent work that's genuinely useful in the wild.
