Amodei Wants External AI Reviewers to Publish Which Access They Were Denied

Dario Amodei has proposed that outside AI reviewers be allowed to publish details of what model access they were denied. Commenters see this as the most interesting part of the proposal: it makes the review process publicly auditable instead of being narrated solely by the labs themselves.
