Homebrew 7.0.0 ships with native macOS app, sandboxing and vulnerability checks

Mike McQuaid announced Homebrew 7.0.0, the biggest release since 6.0.0: faster installs and upgrades, stronger sandboxing, a native macOS app, and built-in vulnerability checks with an advisory database.

Support changes are significant: macOS 10.15 and earlier are dropped now, Intel Macs move to Tier 3 with no new bottles after September 2027, and third-party wrappers, old ghcr images, and @master action references are being cleaned up.
