A marketing engineer's framework for agent context management and a second brain
blaizedsouza · x · 2026-09-14
- Context management is a core skill for marketing engineers: an agent taking on a campaign must understand the business, reuse lessons from past campaigns, and follow your taste.
- Build a "second brain" knowledge base with core files: company.md (business and customers), customer.md (pain points, buying triggers, objections, customer language), offer.md (pricing, deliverables, promises), positioning.md, voice.md (style and phrases to avoid), and proof.md (case studies, approved claims).
- Connect two more context sources: a performance warehouse so the agent can measure results and learn, and a brand book that guides design choices with your feedback.
- Practical tip: wire sources via references.md in the project so any harness can find relevant files, query data, and open designs with feedback attached.
