Developer thdxr warns against sketchy low-cost inference providers: they can send fake tool calls to steal your info and sell entire request traces to third-party resellers — a single key in a trace is enough to burn you. His rule of thumb: if you can't explain how a provider offers such cheap tokens, avoid it.
