Homebrew 7.0.0 ships with faster installs, sandboxing, native macOS app, drops Intel support

Homebrew 7.0.0 is out, the biggest release since 6.0. Highlights:
- Performance: faster installs and upgrades
- Security: stronger sandboxing, installation/tap protection, built-in vulnerability checks and an advisory database
- Native macOS app debut
- Platform changes: macOS 10.15 dropped; Intel Macs moved to Tier 3 (no new bottles, ends Sept 2027); newest Apple Silicon macOS fully supported
- Housekeeping: ubuntu:22.04 image removed, GitHub Actions must pin CalVer releases or SHAs, setuid and third-party wrappers rejected
Upgrade via brew update.
