SmolVM: open-source microVMs give AI agents persistent computers that boot in milliseconds

Developer aniketmaurya is building OpenMuse, an open-source personal agent on top of pidotdev's agent harness and CelestoAI's agent computer, powered by the open-source SmolVM project (900+ GitHub stars).
SmolVM gives AI agents their own secure, persistent computer:
- Each microVM boots in milliseconds and runs arbitrary code and software
- Files and state persist across sessions, built for long-running agents
- Sandboxed and disposable — agents can browse, run code, and do real work
The repo ships a guest-agent, microVM kernel, Python/TypeScript SDK, and UI, plus Claude/agent skills configs — useful for anyone building long-running agents or a custom Grokbot.
