Instinct's AI assistants are breaking consumer marketplaces: Resy deactivated accounts and canceled reservations after one assistant fired 200 booking requests an hour, which under Resy's ToS looks like a malicious bot.

- Consumer marketplaces were built around human behavior, where clicks and page views acted as a natural rate limit; agent-driven high-intent demand gets treated as a DDoS and banned;
