UK GDP beats forecasts at 0.4% in July, with programming and info services adding 0.12pp

UK GDP grew 0.4% in July, well above the Reuters poll consensus of no growth. The Office for National Statistics found that computer programming, consultancy and related activity grew 3.5%, contributing 0.12 percentage points to monthly real GDP.
