Dev: Hermes trading agent stuck for two days, sessions dying in 'LLM dementia'

Developer jbrukh reported Hermes agent completely broken for him: a trading order has been attempted for nearly two days, sessions end abruptly and never finish — he calls it 'LLM dementia.' Teknium later posted a detailed post-mortem pinning it on a 60s approval-gate timeout and a broken Honcho memory backend. The user adds he runs GPT-5.6 Sol and GPT-6 Astra models on order-execution infrastructure that worked fine for months.
