Slack emoji triggers Claude Code to fix bugs, open PRs, and record demo videos
joey-archestra · reddit · 2026-09-13
Archestra built a Slack-based bug-fixing workflow: dropping a crab emoji plus a bug report spins up a Claude Code session that provisions a GCP VM with a local Kubernetes cluster and Tilt dev stack, reads the report and screenshots, creates a fix PR with automated review, and records a demo video. Code stays in a private mirror until a human replies "Promote". They use it mainly for small, well-scoped bugs.
