Researcher pushes back on Dario's slowdown essay: the real brake is hardening the capability-authority loop

Responding to Dario Amodei's "We Must Pace the Frontier," vishalmisra argues the runaway loop is more than "AI improves AI": it is capability → authority → richer feedback → capability. "Pacing the frontier" is one brake; hardening those transitions is another. His ask: show me the loop, show me the brakes.
