- Session header redesigned as a single row with overlay context and a Dashboard button
- Elapsed-time now rolls over into hours (e.g. 3h14m) for long-running sessions
- Dock Watchers/Loops rows show next run time; workflow status is clickable
- Fixed tmux pane lag by dropping per-frame synchronized-update wrappers

- Cleaner Tab cycling in the pager; new Ctrl+G shortcut to hide/show the dock
- Fixed crashes from multiple concurrent grok agent stdio processes sharing a GROKHOME; restored compatibility with newer MCP servers
