Dev says his AI token EXAMCN was launched without consent, with ~45% taken

Developer examachine claims his AI project token $EXAMCN (Celestial Intellect Cybernetics, a neurosymbolic AGI platform) was launched by Cyrene AI / Pons Family as a Solana utility token without any contract authorizing it — his SPV request was brushed off with "we'll handle it."
He shows the platform's launchpad page (2% creator tax, $155k market cap) but says he actually receives only about 55% of the creator fees, implying the platform pockets roughly 45%. He also alleges Pons Family deliberately hid the EXAMCN launchpad page from its site search at launch.
