A creator is extending an existing custom book-cover pipeline in their CMS into full film production, picking Pratchett's "Guards! Guards!", a favorite never adapted to film. Plan: a short trailer first, then a long-form movie.
Current pipeline: a local LLM reads the whole book and produces a character list with descriptions → Krea2 generates character sheets → the same LLM writes a three-act, 48-scene screenplay where each scene has action notes and a still → clips are generated per scene and stitched.
MiniMax is underperforming (likely prompting), so they switched to LTX 2.5, which does pretty well. Hardware: two 5060 Ti 16GB + 64GB RAM. They're asking for fantasy-friendly models, LoRA suggestions, speedups, whether LTX 2.5 supports first/last-frame conditioning like 2.3, and smoother workflows.
