Runway has rebranded as cfo.ai and launched Ari, an AI CFO agent that connects to your data, builds and maintains financial models, and answers questions 24/7 — with interactive scenarios for invoice timing, growth targets, and hiring plans. The launch itself is the demo: reply to the thread and Ari publicly models any scenario in under 30 minutes. hnshah calls it a model of an 'agent-native launch' — the agent does real work in public, output becomes the demo, and the product was rebuilt around how agents work rather than bolting one onto old software.
