A fan created an alternate Final Fantasy VII ending where Sephiroth wins, using the new GPT 2.5 Sunburst to generate original-style screenshots and MiniMax H3 to upscale and animate new moments (Cid smoking, Tifa crying, Red XIII visibly scared), plus extended a gloomier version of the original soundtrack.
